Short on time? Reach out anyway — we've pulled off next-day tours before. That said, we recommend booking ahead: at least a week for day trips (ideally 2–3 weeks), and at least a month for multi-day programs.

Do you provide official documents for reporting?

Yes, we work officially and provide all the paperwork your accounting team needs: invoices, contracts, and completion reports.
